I originally designed this for an aluminum alloy bracket, but then it costs too much to have them made ... even if I could sell them in quantities. So hoping I win the MakerBot I am converting my aluminum ally brackets to plastic designs ... As you can see I used a downloaded HiTec servo for reference here ... there might be some changes needed for other brands and part numbers. Here's an idea for the overhang ... slip a little paper box into the cavity after the plastruder has built up most of the verticals ... If you successfully make this with a 3D printer please send me the build-file and machine type so it can be uploaded here for others to use.
