I made a First Order Stormtrooper Helmet that can be printed in 8 sections on a Makerbot Replicator 2 style printer. It's a really material efficient design. I've made the support and printed out the parts already to proof out the design. Print out your helmet now and join order!
Printing Suggestions:
-Use material that doesn't have a tendency to warp as the seams will need to meet up well
-Slow your machine down to at least half it's max print speed.
-Use painters tape to hold parts together and super glue them in place.
-Use epoxy to strengthen the seams or your own choice of material to strengthen the seams. Just make sure to strengthen the seams.
-Have fun Printing!!!
