Tali'zorah vas Normandy's helmet from Mass Effect 3

Hi! I'm a cosplayer from Montreal with a love for Mass Effect!  The helmet model was done by a friend (https://www.facebook.com/Artof...) and printed in PLA on an AON printer (https://www.facebook.com/aon3d...) . I would tell you more about the settings except it was printed over a year ago... 

Once the print was completed, a lot of hours went into smoothing the whole thing using automotive body filler and primer. Wet sanding work magic on this baby! Once ready, a coat a grey paint was applied before airbrushing. Final touch ups and weathering was done with acrylics. The visor is a heat formed polycarbonate sheet with a purple tint.
