Summary The issue which comes with making a one piece hard plastic iPhone case is that a solid case will not work because the corners will not be able to pop into place since hard plastic is very rigid. To get around this issue I designed this case with ribs, hence the name, which ensure full corner protection while allowing enough flexibility to pop the case on and off your phone.
