Summary I have a really nice RAM mount for my iPhone 3GS that I use on my mountain bike to track my rides. The 3GS finally died so I want to use my iPhone 5 instead. Except I don't want to take my phone out of it's case every time I go for a ride. So I designed a mount that fits my iPhone 5 while still in it's Speck case and screws onto a standard RAM mounting bracket. There are a couple of overhangs which I filleted to make easier to print. I printed without supports and got pretty good results (1 partly loose string from the long bridge at the bottom end) I made a 9mm spacer to match the old 3GS mount, but ended up not using it. I can upload the Cubify (Alibre) design files if anyone wants them.
