This is a grip enhancement apparatus that gives a larger surface area for one with reduced hand articulation to hold. It was designed with with hand issues pertaining specifically to cerebral palsy in mind. It involves a grip that fit the fork more easily into person's hand. 

This attachment was created for a Special Education department so that kids with cerebral palsy could learn to use forks and spoons properly.
