SummaryThis is an end cap for the xray table from a Philips Eleva xray system. There is a post in the center of the part that is easily broken if it gets snagged. A replacement from the manufacturer, that includes the cap for the other that you will probably never use, costs around $250. I printed this one for less than 25 cents.
