SummaryI took the original MaduixaCNC model and modified several parts to make it work using 12mm steel rods in place of the 8mm and LM12UU linear bearings instead of the 8mm bearings. In addition, I also modified y-carriage-cnc and y-triangle-CNC to make them into 1 part (called y-carriage-cnc_short+X support_left and _right). It makes the connection between them stronger, I might make it bigger in the Y direction in the future to improve stability of the y carriage. Another change is a small dip in the X carriage to accommodate the NEMA17 motor which was not possible to mount in my case because of the position of the screws. Also made a version of the x-corner-CNC-AB with straight mounting feet to allow more accurate placement. Also extended the Z-carriage to accommodate 2 LM12UU bearings. The following should be taken from the original model: 2sides-corner-CNC 3sides-corner-CNC bed-holder-CNC universal-holder-CNC x-drive-train-CNC x-end-idler-CNC I'm also adding my own design dremel holder (for some generic dremel-like machine with a round diameter of 47mm if I remember correctly) and a pen holder for drawing. I hope I didn't miss anything, it works perfectly! I have some issues with Amp draw and my power supply, soon to be remedied :) Very solid build, so far tested only on MDF as stock, will probably do more testing after I replace the power supply. I'm running it with the modified Marlin (using the 2 Z outputs as Y) and interestingly found out I can run the G-Code from a Raspberry PI running Repetier-Server! So I get a webcam interface to follow my machine when I'm not there. My best result so far, with 2 passes (rough + fine) is the title picture, I am VERY happy with the result, even though there is a slight miss in the rough part because of the power supply issue (X motor jitters when moving slowly sometimes).
