I printed this (with PLA) with these settings: 

Speed: 40 mm/sec

Infill: 20%, honeycomb pattern

Layers: 0.3 mm each, 0.4 mm for first

Bridging or supports: None!

Filament settings will vary by filament. I use Inland's red PLA filament and MelkInk's gold PHA. Here are the settings I used:

Inland's red PLA:

Temperature: 220 C

Bed temperature: 57 C

MeltInk's gold PHA:

Temperature: 245 C

Bed temperature: 60 C

***Every 3D printer is different (and also material), so printing this out the first time may not fit your phone perfectly. Just rescale to 99% if it is too big, or 101% if it is too small. If the size is still off, rescale by 1% each time.
