Also leaving my quick release behind so I printed a spare.
Print 100% solid (really it's not that much material and you want it strong).
You need support for the inset, this inset is for an E-clip used to hold the 1/4-20 screw in place so it does not fall out. You can get the proper screws on Amazon just search for tripod screws.
