Cyclohexane, C6H12, is a ring of six carbons, each one carrying two hydrogens. That adds up to 18 atoms joined by 18 single bonds: one six-membered ring and no double bonds.
Every sphere in this ball-and-stick print has its element symbol engraved into the surface, so the six carbons and twelve hydrogens are easy to tell apart without any painting. The ring is fully saturated and every carbon is sp3 (tetrahedral), so it is worth turning the print around and looking at where the hydrogens point.
Printing notes: the STL is exported in angstroms, so scale it up in your slicer, otherwise it comes out tiny. Plain PLA on any FDM printer works fine. Add small supports under the bonds and the lower spheres; a fine layer height keeps the engraved letters sharp.
Atom positions come from a computed 3D conformer. Shared under CC BY-SA 4.0, made by MolGod.
