I looked at what was available on YouTube but nothing was acceptable. So I designed mine in Tinkercad to be as simple as possible. Assembly should be straight forward using plastic ties to hold everything in place. In event of a crash these should break before more important bits.
Cut down a servo (SG90S) arm to fit on the motor mount. Pivot bolt should screw into the base mount easily cutting it's own thread and should be a tight fit.. You may have to drill out the pivoting hole to fit your bolt. Pictures show it on my tricopter
The screw on the left hand end stops the servo mount moving and the stop on the end of the arm stops the combination moving once you have set it up.
