ABOTX3D-Cube: new 3d printer  - printer, constructed in solidworks, build in stable basic structure

Status:

- all parts CAD ready & most Hardware components assembled

Features of new printer:

- stable basic structure in Aluminium, plastic & steel parts

- linear bearings (for x- and y-axis) + linear guides  (for z-axis)

- Heating bed up to 150°C possible with high-accuracy bed (flatness of the heating bed < 0,06mm!)

- Hot-End with E3DV6-Standard, height adjustable (also during printing possible for best results in bed adhession in first layer)

- Encapsulated Filament-roller at the back 

- Closed printing space for reduced warping and reduced deformations (printing space temperature > room temperature)

- Extruder with 2 fold filament drive for less slip-through

- Optional: Easily expandable for up to 3 filaments, Extruders and Multi-Channel-Nozzle (only one tip) 

- Option: Hepa-Filter on top

Tested materials with actual Abotx3D-Printer:    ABS, PETG, POM, Extrudr-Greentech, PLA, Iglidur, TPU, PA
