I'm excited to show you my new design! I'm stepping up in modeling and managed to create a detailed lightsaber! It's a fantastic prop and would recommend for showing off cosplay. I made custom supports for the grip. When done printing you can just cut those off and sand a little.
Dimensions are roughly 11.5 inches x 1.5 inches. (300mm x 38mm)
I used 20% infill density to give it a bit of weight and sturdiness.
I glued my pieces together with a hot glue gun.
