Fumey the Fume Extractor by Adafruit

Soldering is a required skill for any makers working with electronics, but the fumes can be harmful when poorly ventilated. Adafruit’s Fumey the Fume extractor converts a computer fan into a filter, and is topical given today’s date.. Learn how to make your own here!

Snowboarder Girl by Getxoblues

Getxoblues is a master of articulating designs, and has created this model to be printable without any additional supports. When assembled, this snowboarder has multiple axis of articulation.

EOD Helmet by swartsq

We were blown away by the design and finishing on this EOD helmet. The majority of this model can be printed as a single component, and accented components are printed separately for ease of painting and assembly.

JagNut – 3D Fractal Artifact by Don Whitaker

Don did an incredible job with the finish on this Fractal Artifact, and we’d love to know what techniques they used. This is from a game called Crash Lander and can be printed with few to no supports.
Lightning Carved Lamp by jobsmolders

Jobsmolders is well known for creating models optimized for ‘vase mode’, and this model incorporates lightning veins that make for a great effect when lit.
