Made this for my wife, she wanted if for her office desk. I'm fairly new to 3D printing so this was kind of an ambitious project for me but I learned a lot. Had to repair most of the files as they were not manifold. Unfortunately meshmixer couldn't repair them so I used makeprintable.com which is fantastic by the way. After some trial and error, I'm pretty happy with the end result and my wife loves it. Mission accomplished :) As you can see by the photos, the metallic paint takes on quite a variety colour depending on lighting and reflections. The metallic also highlights the importance of post processing which I didn't really take the time with. Lesson learned.
