I scaled up to 140% to make the results closer to 25mm / 28mm scale. I printed several versions of the model. I found the version with the supports takes the longest to print, and I had some issues with areas that needed support. The split versions of the model printed faster, but the results have a noticeable seam. I've done my own metal figure casting in the past, and I have to say I'm pretty happy with these results. 3D printing is a whole lot easier than metal casting! Minimal cleanup and pretty decent detail. I think with a bit more cleanup with a knife and file and a proper paint job these will look quite nice.
