Slicer (Repetier Host) complained that the model wasn't manifold, but didn't seem to have any problem printing it. Perhaps it's just an artifact from the open style of design. Functionally these picks work about as well as I expected, they certainly aren't strong enough for serious locks, but they easily pop smaller luggage locks and other low-security hardware. Even if they aren't useful for that many types of locks, there's something undeniably cool about being able to print these. One nice modification of this model would be to simply break out the individual picks to their own STL files so they can be printed separately.
