In part 1 of this contest, we asked you to upload Prints to Pinshape to win a roll of MadeSolid filament, and if you won in that round, you have a chance to win up to 20 more rolls, all for yourself! Put that newly won filament to good use by printing out more awesome designs from Pinshape and uploading the Prints when you’re done. The difference with this contest is that we’re looking for the very best pictures of designs printed using MadeSolid filament only, so get those camera’s ready and be creative!

Rules & Eligibility

  1. Contest open to the previous winners of Pinshape and MadeSolid’s contest.
  2. *Shipping will not be free and must be paid by the winner.
  3. Contestants can enter as many Prints as they like.
  4. The same printed objects can be used for this contest and the MakerTron Prints contest.
  5. All images uploaded for this contest are available for use by MadeSolid for marketing purposes.

Judging

This contest is focused on getting awesome pictures of the great Prints you create. With that in mind, each print will be judged on the following: Pictures of prints will be judged on the following:

Complexity of Model (25 Points)
More complex prints get more points.
Print Quality (25 Points)
The better the print turned out, the more points you’ll get.
Image Composition (25 Points)
Is the print presented creatively and beautifully?
Image Clarity (25 Points)
Is the print in focus and well lit?

Can I enter this contest?

This contest is meant for all the people who won a free roll of filament in our MadeSolid Filament Giveaway recently. If you weren’t one of the lucky winners, check out our MakerTron Prints Contest for a chance to win a $1200 3D scanner!

How do I enter the contest?

Print something from Pinshape using your MadeSolid filament and then upload your Print back to Pinshape with some awesome pictures!

When/how will the winners be announced?

The winner will be announced in the week following the end of the contest, in a post on the Pinshape blog. If you’re a winner, you’ll be contacted directly by the Pinshape team.
